How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@stylespot.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization(RA) number and instructions on how to proceed. You must include the RA number with your return package.
- Packaging Your Return: Please pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring they are in resale condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
- Shipping Your Return: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
